UFC Fight for the troops is a chance for the UFC to give back to the soldiers who have fought so bravely over the last few years in the war.
This is the second UFC fight for the troops show and it promises to be just as good as the first one. In the main event Evan Dunham will attempt to get back to winning ways in the octagon after his close split decision lose to Sean Sherk. He will be facing Melvin Gulliard who is riding high after a ...... win streak. It seems as if Gulliard has been around forever. This will not be an easy fight for Dunham but if he can take this fight to the ground which is his world then Melvin Gulliard will be in a world of trouble.
This will be a close match but in the end Dunham will come away with the win and move himself into the UFC lightweight top ten .

Will Frankie Edgar still be lightweight champion at the end of 2011?
Frankie Edgar has started of 2011 well. He is still the UFC lightweight champion having survived a five round war with Gray Maynard for the UFC lightweight title. Frankie Edgar really showed alot of heart and the will to win in that match. Ok Edgar did not win the match, but perhaps he won something which is just as important: respect.
We at http://howtobeanmmafighter.com/ know there have been many people who did not respect Frankie Edgar’s status as the UFC lightweight champion before his fight with Gray Maynard. Many people both fans and experts calmed that Edgar was a paper champion and rather than giving Edgar the praise he rightly deserved for beating BJ Penn who many consider to be the greatest lightweight of all time not once but twice, people instead claimed that it was Penn who threw away the fights particularly the first one due to a lack of motivation and a lack of focus.
We at http://howtobeanmmafighter.com/ believe what Edgar did in the fight with Maynard was to put all of those theories and clams to bed. He was badly hurt in the first round of the match with Maynard and easily lost the first round 10-8. However the determination and will to win shown in the next round and the three rounds after that proved that Frankie Edgar is a here to stay and is a force in the lightweight division. If he beats Maynard in their up and coming rematch then he will have solidified his legacy even more.
We at http://howtobeanmmafighter.com/ think that somehow he will defeat Maynard and leave 2011 the same way he entered it. As the UFC lightweight champion.

How would Overeem do in the UFC?
Alistair Overeem is one of the best heavyweights in the world. He now holds three titles(Strikeforce, K1 and Dream). We at http://howtobeanmmafighter.com/ think that Overeem would do very well in the UFC. To be able to hold three titles must mean you are going something right.
Below is a video of Overeem doing something right.

Who is next for Aldo?
We at http://howtobeanmmafighter.com/ believe that there is a bit of a situation in the 145 division. Who should be next to face Jose Aldo? As we all know Aldo has been out injured.
However the man he was going to face - Josh Grispi was dominated at UFC 125 by Dustin Poirier. It all makes for an interesting view months

Evan Dunham vs Melvin Guillard
We at http://howtobeanmmafighter.com/ believe that the main Evan Dunham vs Melvin Guillard will be won by Dunham.
Evan Dunham has only one lose so far and that was to Sean Sherk in contersovial. Guillard seems to be back on the rise however we at still feel that Dunham will be too much for him.

Yoshihiro Akiyama vs Nate Marquardt set for UFC-128
We at http://howtobeanmmafighter.com/ believe that UFC 128 is a very important night for Yoshihiro Akiyama.
He has looked extremely disappointing since arriving in the UFC and he can't afford to lose this match to Nate the great.
We at http://howtobeanmmafighter.com/ also believe that the match is also equally important to Marquardt after his defeat to Yushin Okami. One thing is for sure; both men really need the win to stay relevant in the Middleweight division.
